An assessment and development center is a series of simulation exercises
and tools that aim at identifying the professional abilities and the personality
characteristics of the participants. The purpose of an assessment and
development center is the improvement of employee selection and promotion
processes and the identification of participant potential, as well as
their training and developmental needs.

analysis & presentation, structured interviews etc.)
Step 3: Implementation
