KPMG’s Compensation & Benefits Survey constitutes a competitive advantage tool for hundreds of companies each year.
For the 16th consecutive year KPMG completed the Compensation & Benefits Survey for 2009. Data were collected from 227 Greek and multinational companies, across all sectors. With Compensation & Benefits data for 417 positions (135 general positions and 282 sector/ specialized positions), deriving from 43 310 incumbents, the Compensation & Benefits Survey reinforces once again its status as the best known and most comprehensive survey.
We would like to inform you that the General Compensation & Benefits Report is now available. Additionally, this report is available both in Greek and English language. This year, 227 companies that belong to all business sectors participated and 135 different job positions were covered.
Apart from the compensation part the reports also contain remuneration policies, benefits and incentives schemes for the employees, trends and average base salary increases for 2009, and the projected ones for 2010.
